Liz Christenson

At Cathedral, Liz works in the New York Office and focuses on leasing competitive edge research and compilation of lease industry reports. As part of the Leasing Competitive Edge team, Liz provides consulting services within the leasing-specific sector.

Before joining Cathedral, Liz gained experience in project management and customer services as an aquatics director for the YMCA where she strategically managed two departments' payroll, staff and supplies. At the YMCA, she also enhanced effectiveness and profitability through various strategies. From 2007-2009, Liz worked as Director at Mission IMPACT where she was responsible for training over 30 individuals for community service. She also organized and executed city-wide projects which included mentoring, sports programs and work crews.

Liz graduated from The King's College with a degree in Business Management. She lives in New York City and when she's away from the office, she enjoys exploring the city, being with friends and watching sports.
