Jerome J. Condon, Managing Director

Jerry has thirty plus years of experience in the finance industry. His varied background includes Floor Trader, Securities Lending Trader, Equity Finance Manager, Executive Compensation Specialist and Small Business Retirement Plan Specialist. He joined Cathedral Consulting for the challenge of bringing his finance perspective to the decision making process for small and medium sized businesses.

Jerry’s belief is that value can be added for corporations of all sizes in the form of an unbiased set of eyes that can help management through decisions and hold them accountable during the implementation process. He also believes that the best solutions can be crafted by blending management’s passion for the particular industry with the discipline of universal financial principles. Nonprofit enterprises are greatly enhanced by running their financial side by these universal financial principles. Donor acquisition and continued support depends on timely, accurate, and transparent financial management.

Jerry, a Chicago native, currently resides in Mequon, WI with his wife Karen and three children. After earning a Bachelors Degree from Boston College, he received a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
