Cathedral Consulting Event Ticket Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to Cathedral Competitive Edge Live! At Cathedral Consulting, we strive to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you purchase your ticket to the day of the event.

1. Ticket Delivery
   Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation that you have been accepted to attend the event. We will provide details for the event, including your hotel reservation information. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive this information. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
2. Event Access
   Your ticket(s) grants you access to all sessions and activities scheduled for the event, and it includes your hotel room at the Pendry Hotel for 3 nights, Sunday November 17^th,18^th, 19th as well as all meals, including a networking reception on the 17^th and breakfast on the 19th. Check into the hotel is 3pm on Sunday November 17^th, 2024.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Attendee:
  If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 2 weeks before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on ticket purchases.
• Event Cancellation by Cathedral Consulting:
  In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling by Cathedral Consulting, you will be notified as soon as possible via email. In the case of event cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, you may choose to retain your ticket for the new date or request a refund.
